Mark is an avid outdoorsman. The family has enjoyed Vallecito since 1982. Lives at the north end year round.

Goals are to strengthen the community and enjoy the valley’s year round activities with family and friends.

Robert Little

Vice-President

Robert is the 6th of a family of eight children and grew up on a family farm in Indiana. He started working on the farm as early as he can remember, driving even before he could reach the clutch pedal.

Robert worked in the service and retail fields for 39 years most recently with Sherwin Williams where he managed up to 400 employees. He has been part of the Vallecito Valley since 1991 and an owner since 2012. Robert admits that he is not able to sit still more than a few minutes at a time and likes to help those that appreciate the help.

James Senger

James has over 45 years of experience in facility management, building operation, and building maintenance and is now retired.  James has been responsible for 3,900,000 sq. ft. of buildings (58 buildings total).  James responsibilities for this position included HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, mechanical, building automation systems and security. James holds an Associate Degree in HVAC.  James held a Wisconsin state license for HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler.  James also currently holds a Federal license for refrigeration and NERC and FERC, with a federal security clearance.  James is also the VCSA’s Colorado licensed Raffle Games Manager.
